6. Stripe Payments — Key Replacement Service

Where a key replacement payment is processed through this Site the transaction is handled by Stripe. By completing a payment you confirm:

• The payment is made in exchange for a physical key cutting service.
• Once the key has been cut the payment is non-refundable.
• 3 Win Property is not responsible for any issues arising from Stripe's platform.

If you have a query about a payment please contact us before the key is cut. Once the service has been performed we are unable to issue a refund.
