3Win Property started in 2019 with a single focus: working alongside Coventry City Council to provide stable accommodation for people coming out of homelessness. What began as a handful of properties has grown steadily into a portfolio of managed homes, council partnerships, and a specialist transitional housing service — all operating under one roof.
